Are you sick of reading about our "maybe we're moving, maybe we're not" misadventures? I'm sick of living them, but believe it or not, I talk about this stuff in real life even more than I do on here. I know, you're in no hurry to meet me face to face now!
The last of our market value reports came back this week, and we decided to list independently on LandandFarm.com (Buy me, please!!). One of the main reasons we have for wanting to move is to get out from under the debt of our home loan. We may be young, but we're already quite sick of living with a mortgage and struggling to make ends meet. Ideally, we will make a terrific profit on the house, move somewhere that's more within our price range, and buy our property outright so that we never have to think about stressful things like mortgages ever again. That's the goal, anyway!
I can't stop thinking of all the traveling we could do, and all the fun we would have if we weren't so worried about paying our home loan every month. One of the things that gets me most excited is the idea of buying all organic/natural foods and spending more time cooking our meals. I guess I'll save that topic for another day, though!
