The New Year is coming and you know what that means -- it's resolution time. Last year, I had the grand excuse of being pregnant to avoid making any hardcore weight loss and exercise resolutions. After all, I was planning to drop about 35lbs of baby weight come February! This year, I've got no excuses.
To be honest, I'm pretty thin. What I need to do is tone up my muscles. I used to be really good about keeping up with a pilates routine every night, and I think I just need to do a little shopping to get motivated to start again. Since we got rid of the carpet in our tv room, I definitely need some cushy exercise mats to work out on.
Mike is always complaining about his expanding waistline. I think I'll order us matching yoga mats so that we can exercise together after the kids fall asleep. I really like the nature prints featured on this website. I wouldn't even mind leaving those set out all the time, they're so pretty.
Better rest up now, this new year's resolution is going to leave me exhausted well into next year!
